Christina and Josh Married at the Topsfield Commons 1854, Topsfield, MA
On a warm summer August day, surrounded by their closest friends and family, Christina and Josh were married. These two have the warmest hearts and are one of the sweetest couples we know. They were referred to us by Josh's cousin, who's wedding we photographed a few years ago. It's always SO fun for us to see our former couples at weddings - it's like a mini reunion every time :)
We got to know Christina and Josh at their engagement session last fall. We knew that their wedding would be full of emotion and sweet moments between the two of them.
We were working on a pretty tight timeline at this wedding. Because their officiant was out of the country until the night before their wedding (!), they had to have their rehearsal in the morning, just after their first look. We had a little bit of time before signing the Katubah and starting the real ceremony to get all of our bridal party and family photos done. Luckily, the weather was absolutely gorgeous and we were able to head over to the the Gould Barn - it's a lovely old barn surrounded by lush green trees and grass and makes for the perfect spot for portraits.
Their ceremony and reception was at The Topsfield Commons 1854, a historic property with a very charming and unique layout. The formal ballroom has gorgeous chandeliers, a stage, and a balcony. There are huge windows all around the ballroom that filled the room with beautiful natural light - we were enthralled by this space.
Enjoy this little glimpse into their day!
